Illinois House speaker’s chief of staff tests positive for COVID-19 after lame-duck session, tells lawmakers and staff to self-quarantine

Members of both the Illinois House and Senate and their staff were asked to self quarantine after people who were at the lame duck session in Springfield this week tested positive for covid-19.
