Motorist feared arrest when he fled traffic stop, ran red light and fatally hit woman crossing street in Englewood, prosecutors say

A 20-year-old man told police that he was out on bond for an attempted murder and afraid of being arrested when he fled police during a traffic stop, speeding through a red light, hitting another vehicle then a 43-year-old woman, killing her, a prosecutor said Thursday afternoon.
