Long Grove’s historic covered bridge crashed into again; 14 times and counting since reopening celebration in August 2020

Long Grove’s historic covered bridge was struck again, marking the 14th time the bridge was hit since it reopened in August 2020. The bridge had been closed since June 27, 2018 when a box truck plowed into the bridge causing significant damage.
